Ultimate Staffing is hiring Assembly & Production Associates for a well-established manufacturer in Sparks, MD. Join a team focused on producing high-quality water test strips used across the globe in a clean, efficient work environment.
📆 Shift Options:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
🔧 Responsibilities:
Assemble and visually inspect water test strips
Package products and operate basic production tools
Follow written procedures and safety standards
Keep work area organized and compliant with cleanliness standards
Support production goals through teamwork and accuracy
✅ Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing/assembly experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be able to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation is required (location is not accessible by public transit)
