Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate parties
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to facilitate efficient workflow
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate healthcare professionals
• Oversee the student rotation programs daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in behavioral health.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and general computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 - $60,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
