Responsibilities:

  • Backup Receptionist
  • Act as intermediary with Outsourced HR company
  • Assist new hires with paperwork, I9
  • Assist in benefit enrollments and questions from employees about our benefits
  • Update directory as needed
  • Administer transit cards
  • Review benefit invoices for accuracy
  • Distribute electronic mail
  • Send reminders for cancellation notices
  • Push social media content
  • Send out notices to management daily/weekly
  • Send out new job offers letters
  • Send out termination letters
  • Give new hires benefit enrollment package to complete and submit to insurance carriers.
  • Various other administrative tasks
