Contract Opportunity - Assistant Field Support (Irvine, CA)
We're excited to share a short-term Assistant Field Support opportunity based in Irvine, CA. This is a 4-week contract assignment covering vacation leave, with training beginning October 1st .

Assignment Details:

• 
  Duration: 4 weeks (Oct 1 start)
• 
  Location: Irvine, CA (onsite)
• 
  Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide support to construction field teams.
• 
  Manage communications with the field, documenting discrepancies and handling requests (90% via email).
• 
  Answer incoming calls on the company's main line
• 
  Assist Senior Field Support team with administrative tasks such as backing up files, scanning, managing COIs, and organizing As-built plans/Redlines.
• 
  Work with Outlook, Excel (basic spreadsheets), and MS Teams. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Prior construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills .
• 
  Ability to adapt to different personalities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
