Executive Assistant (Spanish Speaking Required)

New York. NY (on-site)

A global banking organization is seeking to hire a bilingual Executive Assistant for heir NYC office. for a long term contract with the chance of conversion.

Hourly Rate - between 30-35/hour (relevant to experience). 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Candidates must be bilingual in order to be considered. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides full administrative and secretarial support for senior executives and their team.
• Handles highly sensitive and confidential matters, working directly with top-level leadership.
• Interprets and applies company guidelines, policies, and practices as needed.
• Manages scheduling for meetings requested by the executive and departmental staff.
• Prepares professional correspondence, management presentation materials, and other assigned administrative tasks.
• Assists the executive in planning, organizing, and managing departmental activities and priorities.
