Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performance Agency Manager to lead and optimize team management, project execution, and agency operations . This role ensures projects are delivered on time , teams are hired, trained, and thriving , and agency processes run smoothly and efficiently . The ideal candidate is a people-process-focused leader who can drive results, improve workflows, and align our teams for peak performance.

Compensation & Growth Path

💲 Hourly Rate: $30-$40/hour during the probationary period (based on experience).

📈 Post-Probation: Set Monthly Salary + Profit Sharing structure negotiable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

🟢 Team Leadership & Success

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Hire, train, and manage project managers, creatives, and additional team members to ensure success.
  • Coordinate closely with the Client Success Manager to align agency execution with client needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement growth strategies for team members.

🟢 Operations & Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop, refine, and implement SOPs, automation systems, and workflow improvements for efficiency.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to ensure software and platform integrations align with agency needs.
  • Implement and manage agency automation tools to streamline processes and team productivity.
  • Maintain oversight of internal performance metrics and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure smooth cross-department communication between sales, operations, and client success teams.

🟢 Client Success & Strategy Execution

  • Work with the Client Success Manager to align project execution with strategic goals .
  • Ensure client projects are properly staffed, structured, and delivered at the highest level.
  • Maintain high levels of quality control, project efficiency, and resource allocation .

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience managing high-performance teams within a marketing agency or service-based business.

Deep understanding of agency automations, workflows, and operational procedures to drive efficiency.

✅ Experience implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business frameworks.

✅ Strong leadership, team-building, and talent management skills.

✅ Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and ensure accountability .

✅ Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track team and project performance.

Digital marketing, eCommerce, or lead generation experience is a strong plus.

✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic execution abilities.
