Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ecommerce Manager to manage our company's online business on Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and be able to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on Amazon and Shopify
• Optimize product listings, keywords, and other content to improve search rankings and conversion rates
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to drive growth and profitability
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business or Shopify store
• Strong knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, policies, and best practices
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on Amazon
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
