Seeking an Architecture Associate with at least 2 years of AutoCad drafting experience, interested in a small office environment in lower Manhattan. Recent college graduates encouraged!
Our projects include medium to large commercial interiors/lobby renovations/building core & infrastructure/commercial additions/roof terraces.
Responsibilities Include:
You will be asked to contribute to many aspects of projects from conception through punch list completion. Entry level drafters are assigned tasks in the context of the big picture project goals and are expected to increase their responsibility, ownership and autonomy over time. Prerequisites for the position include a passion for design and solving our clients’ problems, a commitment to exacting high standards of yourself and others, and above all, a growth mindset.
You will be asked to produce complete and accurate existing conditions, schematic design, design development and construction drawings from surveys, sketches or notes.

This is a full-time position. Salary ranges from $45-55k, depending on experience. We offer medical, vision and dental plans, commuting pre-tax benefits and 401k after a year. We expect you to be in the office at a minimum of three days a week.
