Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.

Licenses:

  • BSIS Guard Card.
  • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
  • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
  • Appropriate Use of Force and/or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
  • Powers to Arrest Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Secure Environments: Implement proactive measures and access control protocols to maintain a secure presence for high-profile individuals, residences, and properties.
  • Conduct Regular Threat Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities, perform ongoing risk analysis, and develop tailored security plans for residential, public, and event settings.
  • Manage Security Operations: Oversee on-site security needs, monitor security systems (e.g., alarms, surveillance cameras), and establish secure perimeters with access control measures.
  • Escort and Protect: Safely escort principals or family members within residences, nearby venues, or during transitions, ensuring their safety and privacy.
  • Emergency Response Coordination: Act promptly in high-pressure situations, utilizing advanced first aid (e.g., TCCC/TECC) and de-escalation techniques to manage emergencies effectively.
  • Develop and Update Emergency Plans: To ensure preparedness and safety, create and maintain plans for various scenarios, including evacuation and medical emergencies.
  • Collaborate with Law Enforcement and Stakeholders: Liaison with local authorities, household staff, and service providers to coordinate and enhance security measures.
  • Train Household Staff: Educate staff on basic security protocols, emergency response procedures, and awareness of potential risks.
  • Monitor Situational Awareness: Maintain vigilance over the residence, surrounding areas, and travel routes, adjusting security measures dynamically as situations evolve.
  • Support Secure Transportation: Assist with planning and coordinating secure travel routes and logistics as needed.
  • Uphold Client Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of clients and their families by safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Report Security Concerns: Communicate security risks, incidents, and recommendations to team leads or law enforcement as necessary to ensure a timely and coordinated response.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
  • BSIS Guard Card.
  • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
  • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
  • Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
  • Powers to Arrest Certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
  • High level of physical fitness, mental resilience , and strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in both communication and dictation .
  • Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence .
  • Ensures precise, concise , and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating thorough, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.

  • Advanced Tactical Training: Proficiency in defensive driving, CQB (Close Quarters Battle), and high-threat environment operations.

  • Advanced Medical Training: Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to manage medical emergencies on-site, prioritizing client safety.
  • Unarmed Combat Proficiency: Training in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques to handle conflicts effectively when disarmed or in close quarters.
