Job Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.

Licenses:

• 1. BSIS Guard Card.
• 2. BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
• 3. Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218).
• 4. Appropriate Use of Force and/or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
• 5. Powers to Arrest Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Armed Protection: Secure high-profile individuals and properties in corporate, residential, and public settings. 
• Conduct On-Site Threat Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities, analyze potential risks, and help to establish detailed security plans tailored to each client.
• Manage/Support Security Operations: Manage and support on-site security needs, secure travel routes,and protect the client(s)/asset(s) at events or high-risk locations.
• Emergency Response Coordination: Act decisively and promptly in high-pressure situations, usingtactical skills to evade threats and evacuate the client and/or assets.
• Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Serve as a direct point of contact for local authorities, ensuring a coordinated response in complex scenarios.
• Maintain Client Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with high-profile clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
• BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
• Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218)
• Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification
• Powers to Arrest Certification
• First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics .
• High level of physical fitness , mental resilience , and strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient in both communication and dictation.
• Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence .
• Ensures clear , concise , and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated skill in creating thorough , accurate reports that document incidents, observations, and activities in support of client needs.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Client-Centric Mindset : A focus on providing discreet, high-quality service tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Advanced Tactical Training : Proficiency in defensive driving, CQB (Close Quarters Battle), and high-threat environment operations.
• Crisis Management : Ability to lead in emergencies and provide direction to clients and team members. Maintain composed, effective communication with clients and team members.
• Advanced Medical Training: Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to manage medical emergencies on-site, prioritizing client safety.
• Unarmed Combat Proficiency: Training in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques to handle conflicts effectively when disarmed or in close quarters.
