Job Description

Are you looking to advance your career in property management? We're on the hunt for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our vibrant retail team. You'll support the Senior Property Manager in managing owner-operated and third-party-managed properties, becoming an essential member of our close-knit team in the North Dallas area.

What You'll Do:

  • Tenant Service Coordination : Be the first point of contact for tenant requests, maintaining professionalism and ensuring follow-up.
  • Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Report and Budget Management : Assist in report preparation and support the Senior Property Manager with budget development.
  • Vendor Management : Oversee service contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Accounting Support : Administer property accounting reports and assist with tenant billing processes.
  • Meeting Coordination : Organize meetings and prepare related materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree or GED with 1-2 years of experience in retail property management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle diverse personalities.
  • Experience with real estate software is a plus (but not required).
