Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in an educational setting
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or CDA in Early Childhood Education , Education , or a related field

Insight Global is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant School Leader to support the daily operations of a thriving early childhood education center. Day-to-Day

• Partner with the School Leader to drive enrollment growth , student retention, and overall school performance
• Support the implementation of a high-quality curriculum and promote a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing standards
• Maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and ensure classrooms are effectively and responsibly staffed
• Assist in the hiring, training, and development of qualified educators and support staff
• Monitor team performance through goal setting, feedback, and evaluations , and support professional growth
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support school success
