Job Title: VP Consultant – RFPs & DDQs (Contract)

Location: New York City, NY (Bryant Park area)

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office

Job Type: Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role

A globally recognized investment firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated VP level Associate to join its U.S. Private Wealth team, supporting evergreen fundraising activities across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate strategies. This contract position provides a unique opportunity to work alongside a collaborative global team of professionals focused on long-term wealth solutions.

The Associate Consultant will play a critical role in supporting due diligence efforts, investor communications, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, organizational, and project management skills and be capable of translating complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready responses. While initially focused on diligence and administrative tasks, the position offers meaningful exposure to client interactions and the broader evergreen investment platform, with opportunities for growth and potential transition to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and draft responses to RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs from wealth distributors and institutional clients.
  • Gather, organize, and maintain information for investor-facing materials including presentations, factsheets, and marketing content.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Capital Raising, Fund Operations, Legal, Tax & Structuring, and Business Development to compile accurate data and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Support due diligence and fundraising processes by maintaining internal knowledge repositories and managing data room content.
  • Assist in tracking fundraising metrics, maintaining pipeline reports, and updating dashboards in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Help compile competitive intelligence and market research to support strategic positioning of evergreen products.
  • Provide administrative support across client servicing workflows, ensuring follow-ups and inquiries are well documented and resolved efficiently.
  • Contribute to internal governance processes by preparing materials for senior stakeholders and assisting in cross-functional communication and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the Americas Private Wealth Capital Raising team to support distributor relationships and sales efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Targeting 5+ years of experience, ideally in investor relations, private equity, real estate, asset management, or other financial services.
  • Proven experience with RFP and DDQ processes; familiarity with private wealth and evergreen fund structures is highly desirable.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex financial products and strategies.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience and comfort working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data room platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with RFP automation or content management tools is advantageous but not required.
