Title: AV systems Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN Hybrid – Onsite Downtown Indianapolis (Shadeland Location)

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Compensation : $40 - $45hr ( depending on years of experience)

Day to day

• Oversee and analyze A/V asset inventories, performance metrics, and ticket data across multiple locations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track utilization, incident trends, and forecast lifecycle needs.
• Manage intake and prioritization of A/V support requests via ServiceNow and established governance workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, change requests, and as-built records to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root cause patterns and recommend process or configuration enhancements.
• Develop and manage dashboards for executive reporting, cost analysis, and vendor performance metrics (e.g., MTTR, uptime, ticket closure rates).
• Support audit compliance, procurement planning, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, IT operations, or A/V systems management.
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.

Compensation

$40 to $45 HR

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
