You can do it too! First year Top Producer income will exceed $85,000. In 2024 agents are closing 48% of 193 trusted referrals received every month.
Standard compensation is $3,500 a month or 50% commission whichever is greater, plus renewal income after the first year, with Top Producers earning $4,000 in renewals after just 3 years. Health Insurance and Retirement Plan w/ employer match provided. Hybrid work from home and office with paid time off available. Insurance experience not required.
Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities.
