About the role:

• A typical day in the life of our business analysts could include working with our product team to enhance our technology platform, troubleshooting technical issues or questions, and analyzing data to find business-relevant conclusions. 
• You’ll also work with the product director to develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance our integrations. 
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new processes, systems, and initiatives, providing support and training to end users as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR and business analysis to drive innovation and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

About you:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• You have previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• You have proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• You have experience in Salesforce ecosystem, preferred
