About the Role
We are seeking a gregarious, tech-savvy, and highly engaging BDC Representative who thrives on the phone and excels at building relationships. This role requires a dynamic personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology to drive customer interactions effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
- Engage prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention
- Utilize TheCRM’s AI-driven tools to streamline customer interactions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with sales and account management teams to optimize customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone presence with exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence
- Experience in a dealership BDC or similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM platforms efficiently
