Job Summary:

Main Street Auto is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Present data findings clearly through visualizations and reports.
  • Support strategic business decisions with data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform predictive modeling and performance assessm ent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and programming languages (Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings.
  • Understanding of business processes and strategies.
  • Experience in IT, management, or business through internships or entry-level positions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, people-driven business environment.
