Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility in Black Mountain, NC. This is a 13 weeks contract position and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist I to join our team in Black Mountain, NC. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will perform blood draws in a fast-paced, family practice environment. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for conducting 15-20 blood draws daily, working independently while interacting with both internal team members and external patients. This role is essential to the effective operation of our patient services department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (15-20 per day, varying based on need)
• Work independently in a busy, large facility
• Interact with patients and internal staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent patient care, including for geriatric patients
• Complete computer-based training during the first week, followed by hands-on training in the second week
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred:
• Experience with geriatric patients
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy setting

• Location: Black Mountain, NC
• Job Type: 13 weeks Contract
• Shifts: 5*8 Days
• Pay Range : $600-$700 Weekly

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
