Chick-fil-A - Immediate Kitchen Coordinator Opportunity

Must be available Monday through Saturday 5:30am-10pm.

Closed Sundays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee all kitchen functions and maintain quality standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in equipment cleaning and safety procedures
• Utilize business data to create weekly work schedules for optimal kitchen coverage
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with health code regulations
• Assist in training and scheduling kitchen personnel
• Address and resolve food quality complaints
• Maintain food product stock levels
• Enforce sanitary practices and cleanliness standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Report to the Executive Director

Requirements:

• Positive and respectful attitude towards leadership
• Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen and FOH management
• Clear communication skills with team members and guests
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and withstand varying temperatures
• Ability to work standing up to 50-60 hours per week
• Effective in loud environments and understanding of finance and cost management
