We seek skilled Cashiers and Front of House staff for our Chick-fil-A location at the Myrtle Beach Airport.
JOB SUMMARY:
Cashier and Counter Helpers provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area or for take-outs. Our Front of House staff provides prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all of our guests. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives as determined, communicated, and monitored by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
Experience in food preparation/service preferred – but not required for consideration.
Will be required to submit to E-Verify screening and pass a background check as required by Homeland Security and MSE Branded Foods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a gracious, pleasant, and friendly attitude while contributing to a teamwork-based environment.
• Be customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions
• Adhere to the company dress and appearance policy.
• Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items.
• Serve food at the counter, bar area, or a seating area to awaiting customers.
• Responsible for set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area beginning, during, and at the end of each shift.
• Position requires slip-resistant shoes.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires regular attendance; the ability to work 40 hours per week is required.
