Beacon Hill Schools seeks an experienced Director to oversee our thriving early learning center located in Athens, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily center operations: staff scheduling, HR, vendor management, and facilities oversight.
• Drive financial performance: monitor revenue, manage budgets, and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards (DECAL, Quality Rated).
• Partner with teachers to deliver a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Build strong family partnerships and community engagement to support enrollment and retention.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of ECE leadership experience in licensed childcare or preschool operations.
• Strong operational management skills (HR, finance, compliance) and leadership expertise.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early childhood development, teacher training, and staff mentorship.
