Clinical Research Associate – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for our client in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a 100% Remote opportunity to work with a cutting-edge organization leading clinical studies in the medical device industry.

Location: Remote

Pay: $50.00 - $63.00/hr

Shifts Available: Schedule to be determined

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate clinical research activities in line with ICH-GCP, FDA, and SOPs
• Participate in the implementation of clinical studies as a contributing project team member
• Prepare technical documents including informed consents, study forms, and training materials
• Collect and review regulatory documents from study sites
• Manage device accountability and perform site initiation and closure visits
• Collaborate with CROs and site monitors to resolve queries
• Ensure clinical studies follow protocols and applicable regulations
• Support site budget and contract negotiations
• Assist with clinical study reports, reviewing data tables and listings
• Maintain ethical standards and adhere to quality management systems
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or a related field
• 6+ years of clinical research experience (preferably in medical devices)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical monitoring experience
• Knowledge of FDA clinical trial regulations and procedures
• Skilled in using clinical systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
• Background in Neurovascular or Cardiovascular therapeutic areas
• Experience in the medical device industry
• 2+ years of project management experience
