This role includes providing internal supervision for our clinicians in the DMV area, along with the opportunity to contribute in other ways—such as through clinical work, intake, or leadership responsibilities , depending on your interests and experience.
What We’re Looking ForThe Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, provide ongoing supervision to therapists, manage case reviews, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Additional responsibilities include monitoring treatment outcomes and contributing to the overall quality of the organization's care services with a strong focus on clinical excellence.
