Position Title: CLUBS & BAR SUPERVISOR- Camp Randall & Kohl Center

Pay Range : $18- $20

Job Summary

Join a dynamic and exciting team as the Clubs & Bar Supervisor with Levy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison! This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic venues — Kohl Center, University Ridge Golf Course, and Camp Randall Stadium — and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests. If you’re an experienced leader in the food and beverage industry with a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect role for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
  • Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team. 
  • Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. 
  • Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service. 
  • Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times. 
  • Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. 
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests. 
    Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments; leadership experience preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively. 
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Fluent in English.
