Position Title: Sales Compensation Operations Analyst / Global Incentive Compensation Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040

Expected Duration: DIRECT HIRE

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)/HYBRID

Pay Range: 65k -85k/annum. on w2

Shift Schedule:

• 2 days: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST
• 2 days: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
• Fridays: Rotate 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST
• Saturdays: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM MST

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and motivated Collections Team Manager to lead a team of collectors responsible for managing delinquent auto loan accounts. This is a key leadership role focused on performance management, coaching, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 collections agents to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Manage daily team operations including scheduling, call strategy execution, and workflow efficiency.
• Supervise accounts flagged for repossession or legal escalation.
• Assist team members in handling complex or sensitive collection cases.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Use performance analytics to drive productivity and enhance business outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to FDCPA and all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of consumer financial data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of collections experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of skip tracing tools and legal recovery processes.
• Deep understanding of FDCPA and other applicable regulatory standards.
