Responsibilities

• Review project plans and documents to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to understand requirements.
• Use estimating software to compile accurate and competitive bids.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and bid documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and provide customers with quotes and explanations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of estimation experience in new commercial roofing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required).
• Proficient in estimating software (Edge) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
