Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. In this role, you will assist in creating, managing, and distributing clear messaging across various formats while ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives. You’ll play a vital part in shaping how we communicate with clients, partners, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and reports.

• Support the development and execution of communication plans and strategies.

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of all written content.

• Maintain communication calendars and track content deadlines.

• Assist in organizing company events, briefings, and initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align messaging with company goals.

• Prepare briefing materials and speaking points for leadership as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, writing, or coordination role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail and a high standard for quality content.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic design or publishing tools is a plus.
