Job Description

Position:  Community Outreach Coordinator

Compensation:  $22 - $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location:  ONSITE Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Community Outreach Coordinator  to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Community Outreach Coordinator, where you'll manage and coordinate community events, partner with local schools and organizations, and bring exciting projects to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the community, work with external vendors, and make a significant impact. This position is open due to expansion efforts, and we're looking for someone passionate about community involvement and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage full scope of community events
• Coordinate with external vendors and business partners
• Partner with schools, community groups, nonprofits, and external organizations
• Organize store grand openings in specific towns
• Secure little league sponsorships and coordinator participation with major league teams and/or players
• Communicate effectively with external partners
• Demonstrate independence in decision-making
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
• Work 40 hours per week, with potential to convert to full-time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in event coordination or marketing
• Strong community involvement background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with community groups or schools
• Previous experience in a similar coordinator role
