Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with aerospace industry experience to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting GD&T , programming and editing using G&M code , and performing full setups on CNC mills and/or lathes. You’ll be responsible for machining high-tolerance aerospace components to exacting standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines from start to finish, including tooling and fixture setup.
• Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure accuracy.
• Read, write, and edit G&M code to optimize programs and resolve machining issues.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read complex blueprints.
• Experience with G&M code and CNC programming adjustments.
• Proficient in full machine setups and operating independently with minimal supervision.
