Projects - Commercial Ground up

Sector - Commercial - Schools - Healthcare - Hospitality

Location - Across Miami

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Manage all on-site activities for ground-up hospitality projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Team Coordination: Lead subcontractors, field crews, and vendors. Conduct daily site meetings and ensure seamless communication across trades.
• Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed construction schedules. Proactively resolve delays and keep the project moving.
• Quality Control: Enforce high standards of workmanship and compliance with architectural plans, specs, and building codes.
• Safety Oversight: Implement and monitor safety protocols in alignment with OSHA and company standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the on-site liaison for project managers, owners, architects, and engineers. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs, inspection records, and change order documentation.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges early and lead resolution efforts to avoid costly delays or rework.

What they are looking for

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction.
• Proven success managing complex builds in urban environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
