- We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who is passionate about purposeful contribution and committed to building engaging, innovative, and high-impact training programs. In this role, you’ll help cultivate a culture of continuous learning across MX, designing experiences that build mastery, drive performance, and align with our mission and values.
- What You’ll Do (Entry Level Position)
- Work from Home Monday and Friday, Tuesday through Thursday IN office.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs that align with MX’s values and business objectives.
- Design and deliver scalable learning experiences—e-learning, VILT, simulations, and multimedia content—with a focus on clarity, creativity, and learner engagement.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and other teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across training initiatives.
- Apply a Founder’s Mindset by proactively improving content and processes and iterating based on feedback and results.
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in instructional design, implementing best practices to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and build data-informed solutions that drive behavior change and enable long-term success.
- Uphold Objectivity in Discourse by welcoming diverse perspectives during content reviews and learning strategy discussions.
- Build trust by delivering high-quality, impactful learning experiences that meet deadlines and reflect MX’s high standards.
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training development.
- 2+ years in e-learning authoring tools and design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite).
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills; able to prioritize, execute, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

- Compensation
- The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently to . This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
