POSITION DESCRIPTION:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Boost Engagement with Strategic Content:

  • Develop impactful marketing content that captures attention and drives consumer interaction across all channels.
  • Align content with brand positioning to build emotional connections and brand loyalty.

Oversee Multimedia Content Creation:

  • Manage the planning and production of photo, video, and written content.
  • Work closely with creative teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Write Persuasive Marketing Copy:

  • Craft engaging copy for websites, product listings, emails, and print materials that informs, excites, and converts.
  • Adapt tone, structure, and messaging based on audience, platform, and campaign goal.

Maintain Content Organization in CMS:

  • Upload, categorize, and manage marketing assets within the product CMS.
  • Ensure file naming, tagging, and metadata follow consistent standards for easy retrieval and use.

Support Cross-Functional Content Needs:

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver tailored content assets.
  • Act as a creative liaison, ensuring content supports departmental initiatives and objectives.

Create for Multi-Channel Campaigns:

  • Produce content tailored for social media, websites, events, tradeshows, and printed collateral.
  • Customize messaging and visuals to suit platform requirements.

Ensure Brand & Quality Standards:

  • Review all content for accuracy, tone, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Continuously refine content to maintain consistency and elevate overall quality.

Apply SEO Best Practices:

  • Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO techniques into copy to improve organic visibility.
  • Optimize headlines, meta descriptions, and content for search performance.

Coordinate Timelines & Production:

  • Develop and manage production schedules to keep content projects on track.
  • Work with internal teams and third-party creators to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Innovate & Evolve Content Approaches:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Experiment with new ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  1. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  2. 2-3 years proven experience in content creation across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  3. Proficient in photography and videography processes, from concept to production.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content organization.
  5. Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Experience working within established brand guidelines and voice.
  7. Superb organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills; a team player.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
