Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst – Commercial & Real Estate to join our legal/commercial team. This role will play a critical part in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts related to our commercial operations, property leases, joint ventures, and global real estate developments.

You will work closely with business development, legal, and operations teams to ensure contracts are structured to support PPG’s strategic objectives while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and real estate contracts, including lease agreements, license agreements, concessions, NDAs, service agreements, and MOUs.
  • Support contract lifecycle management including execution, renewal, amendments, and terminations.
  • Assist in structuring commercial deals and real estate transactions across international markets.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and compliance risks in coordination with the legal team.
  • Maintain an organized repository of all contract documents, with clear tracking of key dates and obligations.
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, and executive briefings for internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders (finance, development, procurement, operations) to ensure alignment.
  • Support due diligence processes for new airport and hospitality projects.
  • Stay informed of industry standards, legal updates, and regulatory changes impacting commercial and real estate contracts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; legal background preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in contracts management, with a focus on commercial and real estate agreements.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or airport infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, contract structure, and negotiation strategy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions with varying legal frameworks.
