About the Role

We are on the hunt for a dress-obsessed, full-time Creative Production Coordinator working a hybrid schedule at Ivy’s HQ in Riverton, UT! With 3+ years' experience in creative production coordination, our Production Coordinator has the foundational knowledge to hit the ground running. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an exceptional eye for organization and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage outreach, negotiation and booking of models, venue, equipment and other details for photoshoot and production needs.
• Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for out-of-town shoots, traveling models and other talent.
• Liaison with finance regarding production budgets, expenses and invoice reconciliation.
• Oversee and assist in creating production calendars, roadmaps and reports to support visibility to other company departments.
• Work with Creative Manager and Creative Director to deliver channel optimized content for the brand’s web, CRM, editorial and social platforms.
• Coordinate the setup of the shoot, including props, lighting, equipment, and talent.
• Supervise the timing and schedule of the shoot to ensure a collaborative, efficient on-set environment.
• Assist with the organization and management of image files post-shoot, ensuring proper storage and backup procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients regarding any post-shoot needs, including photo delivery, additional retouching, or revisions.
• Maintain department project documentation.
• Maintain brand Content Management System. Work with the creative team to improve and build naming and storage efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of production coordination experience in a creative production environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong experience with content management systems.
• Knowledge of photography production processes and industry best practices.
• Understanding of design and marketing trends.
• Experience working directly with photographers, stylists, and talent.
• Previous experience with Dropbox/Asana/Trello/AirTable/Air.
