Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls related to client accounts with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
  • Provide support for cash management products, online/mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries.
  • Consistently meet key departmental performance metrics in a fast-paced service center environment.
  • Deliver professional, client-focused service through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility, multitasking ability, and adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment.
