Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service while assisting clients on the showroom floor. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer engagement and contributing to a successful organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers on the showroom floor.
Expand knowledge of Ferguson’s product offerings.
Support Outside Sales Associates and Showroom Sales Consultants.
Perform administrative functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely quotations and process orders accurately.
Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries, and handle general inquiries.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of customer service or sales experience (preferred).
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances (preferred).
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a passion for customer service.
Pay & Schedule:
Compensation: Commission-eligible; estimated total pay range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
