Job Posting: Customer Relations Specialist

Location: Allendale, NJ

Type: Permanent; 100% on-site

Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 dependent upon experience

LHH is working with a growing manufacturing company in Allendale, NJ in their search for a Customer Relations Specialist to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, on-site role offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong and trusting relationships
• Coordinate and execute customer orders from quote to delivery using ERP systems
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
• Manage shipping schedules, documentation, and follow-up on customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Support team training and promote collaboration among Customer Relations Associates
• Maintain up-to-date records on orders, pricing, and revisions
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures
• Other administrative and customer-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or administrative setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a moderate industrial environment
