SAIC is seeking a Cyberspace Request for Support (RFS) Manager located out of Fort Meade, Maryland. 

The day-to-day operations of the Request For Support (RFS) manager includes but are not limited to:

• Communicating with partners across the DoD and Intelligence community, working across directorates within U.S. Cyber Command, tasking divisions within the J3 Current Operations Directorate, and briefing the J3 Director and their staff.
• Refining and developing current operations picture, review and understand orders actioning a cyber effect, providing input on large-scale global cyber exercises, modernizing training plans for implementation in DoD cyber coursework, and teaching the RFS Process at the J3 Module C “Introduction to USCYBERCOM" Course and the “Joint Cyber Operations Planning Course”.
• Coordinating with different J333 Joint Operations Center cells to institute product flow from reception to execution. The RFS manager role must be flexible enough to adapt to surge operations and provide contingency methods.
• Maintain an understanding of RFSs submitted to USCYBERCOM from other Combatant Command’s, their current status, and the impact to operations in order to provide updates to the J33 Current Operations Division Chief and J331 Current Operations Support Branch chief.
• Support briefings, taskers, and staff actions by providing communications coordination between organizations internal and external to USCYBERCOM.
• Input, monitor, track, and coordinate tasks for the identified Division in USCYBERCOM’s Workflow Management System (WMS) and consolidate input received from Divisions in response to the assigned task.
• Maintaining the portal with events or incidents and tasks related to the status of requests for support (RFS) and ensures all are tracked via the portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and five (5) or more years of experience; Masters and three (3) or more years of experience. Nine (9) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• A minimum of three years of training experience required

Required Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
