Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support our client’s operations through accurate and efficient data input and administrative support. This hybrid, temporary position, based in Philadelphia, PA, plays a key role in maintaining data integrity across internal systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes.
Compensation:
• $22/hour
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:
• Enter, update, and audit data within company systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms with accuracy and timeliness
• Review source documents for completeness and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain or clarify necessary information
• Support administrative tasks including document management, scanning, and reporting
• Generate reports or summaries for internal stakeholders as needed
• Follow all data privacy and security protocols
Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Coordinator:
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; basic Excel knowledge required
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., AS400, Oracle, SAP) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in procurement, purchasing, or retail administration is helpful
