The Data Entry Lead supports the AM/PM Assistant Manager with data entry operations and supervises guest service employees to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This role combines technical data entry responsibilities with team leadership and administrative coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collecting and entering data into databases while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure data integrity through fast and accurate typing, attention to detail, and effective use of spreadsheets and digital filing systems.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Train, coach, supervise, and support guest service staff in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular feedback while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Address employee issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Promote adherence to all safety and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Conduct regular image and performance checks; lead briefings to maintain team standards.
  • Administer disciplinary actions when needed in accordance with company guidelines.

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Follow up on work orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Facilitate smooth shift handovers by clearly communicating updates, incidents, and key information to incoming leads.
  • Support management with shift scheduling and operations planning.

Administrative & Inventory Duties:

  • Complete required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist staff with credit card and reservation handling procedures as well as inventory reconciliation.
  • Conduct supply audits and manage the availability of materials needed for move-in/move-out (e.g., signage, labels, envelopes).
  • Maintain and reorder supplies for booths, field offices, and other work areas.
