Job Description: The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. This role is crucial in supporting our operations and maintaining the accuracy of our records. To be successful in this position, it requires a hard-working mindset to learn the ins and outs of the job. You are required to be on-site Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Open to entry level for sharp candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
