Digital Marketing Intern (Remote / Hybrid – NJ Preferred)

Part-Time Internship | 12 Weeks, Summer 2025

About the Internship

We’re looking for ambitious, creative, and digitally-savvy college juniors and seniors who want real-world experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing execution. This is not a coffee-run internship—you’ll be in the trenches with our team learning how brands grow, connect, and show up with intention. As a bonus, top performers may be selected for a paid co-op extension after the internship.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and activate content across digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Write copy for posts, campaigns, and newsletters aligned with the PRMTD. brand voice
• Organize and manage content assets (Google Drive, Canva)
• Manage the weekly PRMTD. newsletter (Beehiiv)
• Track performance KPIs and pull weekly insights (Hootsuite)
• Support live brand experiences and on-the-ground event coverage
• Engage digital community via DMs, email, and occasional IG Lives
• Lead your own content series campaign from concept to launch
• Participate in weekly leadership check-ins and brainstorms

Main Project

As part of your internship, you’ll design and launch a digital content series under the PRMTD. brand that deepens engagement and builds community. You’ll pitch the idea, publish the series weekly, and report on its impact to the PRMTD. brand and your development at the end of the internship.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a college junior or senior (or graduating senior) pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
• Must be able to commit 10–15 hours per week for the duration of the internship
• Strong interest in branding, content creation, and community building
• Experience with Canva, Google Drive, or any social media scheduling tools is a plus
• Based in Newark, NJ / NY metro area preferred (not required)
