Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to assist individuals with daily living activities, providing essential support in their homes and community settings. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in recreational activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being to supervisors.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's specific needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
• Arizona DCW certification (or willingness to complete training upon hire).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transporting clients).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others.
