Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, flexible and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training is provided. Special Note: We're currently seeking a qualified male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 1:1 support for a specific client in Sutherlin, Oregon. This client has requested male-only DSPs, as they respond best to male support staff. The ideal candidate will be OIS-certified (this can be provided to the right candidate) and experienced with behavior support plans. We are looking for someone who can provide calm, consistent support while maintaining a structured and respectful environment.
