We are seeking a full-time Director, HR Business Partner for a key leadership position responsible for high-level HR strategic direction. As an innovative thought leader, this role is instrumental in driving business success through HR strategy. You will partner with hospital leadership, people team leaders, and their HRBP team to drive people strategies, support organizational growth, and help shape culture. In addition, you will provide strategic guidance and support to hospital business units, foster a positive and engaged work environment, and ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws, State Agencies and hospital policies and procedures.

We require:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of HRBP or equivalent experience with 5+ in a leadership roll
• Demonstrated success partnering with mid-senior level leaders and influencing across all levels of an organization
• Hands-on experience with workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred
• Experience working in a union environment is preferred
• Exceptional coaching skills with the ability to empower and develop individual contributors and executives
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with a high degree of empathy
