Job Description

Position Summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Director of Loss Prevention to oversee and drives loss prevention strategies to protect company assets, minimize shrinkage, and ensure a safe work environment. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and mitigate risks, particularly within retail and telecommunications.

💰 Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute loss prevention strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct audits, analyze shrink trends, and implement solutions to reduce risk.
  • Train store teams on theft prevention, fraud detection, and security protocols.
  • Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and security violations, working with law enforcement when needed.
  • Monitor and optimize security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls).
  • Partner with leadership to align loss prevention with broader business objectives.
  • Report on shrinkage, investigations, and risk management efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years in loss prevention, with 5+ in a regional leadership role with Direct Reports.
  • Experience in retail or wireless industry loss prevention overseeing 300+ retail locations.
  • Strong expertise in theft/fraud prevention and security technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

  • Loss Prevention certification (Wicklander preferred).
  • Experience with law enforcement collaboration.
  • Knowledge of asset protection laws.
