Our client is seeking a proven Director of Patient Accounts that will properly train the team, understand the team's pain points, give staff the tools they need, develop productivity reporting, establish guidelines for productivity, and develop KPI reporting that can be shared with staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hospital billing experience.
• Familiarity with patient access best practices and workflows.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team. Open to someone with 1-2 years of supervisory experience that is ready for a Director level role.
• Experience helping staff prioritizing their work effectively to make the biggest impact.
• Experience mentoring and training staff.
• Experience getting billers to a point where they can work more independently where they can research and resolve claims on their own.
• Experience creating KPI reporting that can be shared with staff.
