Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Elkridge, MD

We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a growing logistics team. If you’re hands-on, process-driven, and know how to motivate people to perform at their best, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role would pay based on experience, but could range between $82,000 - $102,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities
• Lead a team of 15–20 warehouse associates, providing guidance, feedback, and performance coaching
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety to ensure company and customer standards are met
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory control and support process improvement initiatives
• Assist with client communication, reporting, and quality compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse or 3PL experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams of 10+
• Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or related quality management systems; experience supporting audits or maintaining compliance preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
