Job Description: Electric Pallet Jack Operator

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Position Summary:

The Electric Pallet Jack Operator is responsible for moving, organizing, and storing materials within a warehouse or distribution center. This role requires operating an electric pallet jack to load and unload goods, ensuring efficiency and safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport materials within the facility.
  
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
  
• Prepare, pick, and stage orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock movements.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  
• Inspect equipment daily for proper functioning and safety.
  
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack or similar equipment.
  
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  

Schedule:

Full-time or shift-based work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
